Richard brings over three decades of global experience in technology, law, and intellectual property. He has served in diverse roles – engineer, attorney, and technology deal leader across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Notably, he has served as Vice President of Licensing at Intellectual Ventures since 2010, following leadership positions at Ericsson and Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
In his new capacity at Expertlancing, Richard will lead the company’s AI strategy, guiding efforts to embed ethical and impactful AI across service offerings and internal operations. Simultaneously, as Managing Director – US Operations, he will spearhead business growth, strengthen strategic alliances, and enhance the firm’s delivery excellence across the region.
