Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (3–5 years’ experience) to join our growing product and R&D team. In this role, you will design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex workflows into seamless user journeys. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, and usability testing
- Translate business requirements into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Design intuitive interaction models and scalable information architecture
- Create responsive, accessible designs for web and mobile platforms
- Build and maintain design systems, UI libraries, and reusable components
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and performance metrics
- Contribute to UX documentation, guidelines, and design rationale
- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end web and mobile design projects
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Framer, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development workflows
- Ability to write clear UX documentation and communicate design decisions
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience working in SaaS, research, analytics, or enterprise products
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable product ecosystems
- Exposure to data visualization or dashboard design
